Account information: your name, email address, and business details you provide when you sign up or when we set up your account for you.

Contact requests: the details you submit in our setup form (business name, your name, email, phone, trade, and city), which we use solely to respond to your request.

Business data: the information you enter while using Servicy, such as customers, jobs, estimates, invoices, services, and team members. This is your data, and it exists so the app can do its job.

Basic usage information: things like when you sign in and which features you use, which helps us keep the service running and fix problems.

Website analytics: when you browse this marketing site, we use PostHog, an analytics service, to record page views, clicks on the page, and basic device and browser information (such as browser type, operating system, screen size, and approximate region). We use this to understand which pages are useful and where visitors get stuck, so we can improve the site.

Product analytics: when you use the Servicy app, we use PostHog to record which screens you visit and key actions tied to your account (such as signing in or starting checkout), so we can see which features get used and where people get stuck. The app does not record your screen, does not capture clicked text, and does not send the contents of your customers, jobs, estimates, or invoices to PostHog.

To operate Servicy: storing your data, signing you in, and sending the notifications and emails the product needs to function.

To communicate with you: setup help, product updates, and billing. We do not send marketing emails you did not ask for.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use your business data to train models or for any purpose other than running the service for you.

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers provided by our infrastructure providers. Access is limited to what is needed to operate and support the service.

Website analytics data is processed by PostHog on our behalf. PostHog sets first-party cookies on this site (only on this domain) so repeat visits can be counted as one visitor rather than many. These are analytics cookies, not advertising cookies: the site does not track you across other websites and does not share analytics data with advertisers. Analytics only loads if you accept it in the cookie banner shown on your first visit; if you decline, PostHog never loads and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice anytime with the Cookie settings link in the footer, and you can also block cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work.

You own your business data. You can ask for a copy of it or ask us to delete your account and data at any time by emailing us. We will confirm once it is done.

If you are a customer of a business that uses Servicy (for example you received an estimate link), your information was provided by that business. Ask them directly about their own practices.

Servicy does not process payments. When your customers pay you, they pay you directly through the payment methods you put on your invoices, such as Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle. We never see or store your customers' payment details.

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will note the update date below and, for active customers, mention it by email. Continued use of Servicy after a change means you accept the updated policy.
